Prostir Residential Complex is a closed premium-class residential complex in Lviv, located at 121b, 121c, 121g Stryyska Street, in the Bodnarivka district. The project is distinguished by its low density of development and a large area for recreation: the area of ​​the plot is 1.27 hectares, with only about 8% of the territory allocated for development. The rest of the space is occupied by greenery, landscape design, walking and recreation areas.

The concept of the complex provides for a closed courtyard without cars and its own infrastructure for leisure and sports. The territory has a swimming pool and SPA zone, tennis courts, modern sports and children's playgrounds.
