Prostir residential complex (Простір)

Prostir Residential Complex is a closed premium-class residential complex in Lviv, located at 121b, 121c, 121g Stryyska Street, in the Bodnarivka district. The project is distinguished by its low density of development and a large area for recreation: the area of ​​the plot is 1.27 hectares, with only about 8% of the territory allocated for development. The rest of the space is occupied by greenery, landscape design, walking and recreation areas.

The concept of the complex provides for a closed courtyard without cars and its own infrastructure for leisure and sports. The territory has a swimming pool and SPA zone, tennis courts, modern sports and children's playgrounds. For cars, an underground parking lot for 200 parking spaces, guest parking lots, and a car wash directly in the underground parking lot. Schindler passenger elevators descend to the parking level.

The facades are decorated with a combination of wet and ventilated systems and Swisspearl fiber cement boards. Aluminum windows with energy-saving double-glazed windows are installed.

The complex also has well-thought-out engineering solutions. The apartments have radiator heating and underfloor heating, Viessmann or Vaillant boilers. To reduce household noise, a "silent sewerage" system is used with risers made of materials that dampen sound vibrations. Air conditioner lines are laid to specially designated places for external units, which allows you to avoid overloading the facades with chaotically installed equipment.

Common areas are designed in accordance with the class of the complex: the decoration includes decorative plaster, large-format quartz or porcelain tiles, artificial stone elements, LED lighting, designer lamps and mirrors. Bathrooms, sofas and tables for waiting and relaxing are designed in the entrance areas of each of the three entrances.

The building has 112 apartments, with no more than five apartments on one floor, which provides greater privacy for residents. One of the features of the layouts is spacious terraces. Buyers are offered:

1-room apartments - 43–48 m²;

2-room — 64–70 m²;
3-room — 84–98 m².

Apartments are transferred with plaster and screed. The developer also provides the opportunity to order a completely finished “turnkey” renovation with furniture.
