LUM is a residential complex in Lviv’s Shevchenkivskyi district comprising one building with seven sections and 6–9 storeys. The project includes 225 apartments, a monolithic-frame structure, ceramic-block walls, mineral-wool insulation and individual heating. Plans include a gated site, underground and guest parking, a shelter in the underground car park and backup power from solar panels.
