Until now, we have gained experience as a contractor for many well-known Lviv developers. It also gave us the opportunity to analyze all the weaknesses of modern construction - the main one being the large number of contractors on the site. This, in turn, allowed us to determine our main advantage over others – a complete construction cycle from one developer. We also set ourselves the goal of not following the path of stereotypes, but implementing new directions, improving standards, experimenting and creating conceptually new housing.
